Use in conjunction with NAK HAIR PERMING

How to use: After rinsing perm solution. blot dry gently and thoroughly apply NAK Kurls Neutraliser to every rod twice. leaving for 5 minutes. Remove rods. apply remaining neutraliser. scrunch through ends and leave for another 3 minutes. Rinse for 2-3 minutes then blot dry.
