Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you can return your order to us for a store credit - as per the conditions listed below. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and our friendly customer service team will help you organise your return. All we ask is the product is unused and the packaging is unopened. Once we receive your products back at our store the credit will be applied to your account.
- Product must be returned, and arrive back in new condition with original box, packaging and contents.
- On return, your products will be inspected, please ensure that you take adequate measures to return items as new, as re-postage will be at your expense.
- You must contact us before returning anything, and obtain a return authorisation.
- All shipping costs is at the expense of the customer.
- 30 day return policy starts from the invoice date of your order.
If you think there is a fault with an item that you received, please contact us immediately. If it is an electrical item and you wish to make a claim under warranty please read our Warranty information below, you are entitled to a replacement or refund as per the manufacturers warranty conditions. Please choose your cosmetics carefully as once they are open they cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Goods lost or damaged in transit.
Here at Salon Direct Hair and Beauty Supplies we do our best to make sure your goods arrive on time and in good condition. Salon Direct Hair and Beauty Supplies offer all customers the opportunity to insure the parcel at the checkout process. When a customer has insured a parcel we will launch an investigation on your behalf. These enquiries can take up to 10 business days.
Customers who choose not to take shipping insurance on the parcel accept that Salon Direct Hair and Beauty Supplies is not responsible for the loss of the parcel and the parcel will not be replaced, reshipped or refunded.
Product warranties are held with the manufactures with a minimum 12 months. If you need to have an electrical item repaired, whilst it is under the warranty period, Salon Direct Hair and Beauty Supplies will cover the shipping charges involved to and from the manufacturer. The cost in returning the item to us so that we can do this will be at your expense. In some cases you will need to deal directly with the brand or manufacturer, in which case we will provide you with all necessary contact details.
Use and disclosure of your personal information
Your personal information, including your e-mail address, will be used for two primary purposes:
to ensure the proper functioning of the Website; and
to assist us with our marketing, planning and product development.
We will not use or disclose (or permit the use or disclosure of) personal information that could be used to identify an individual member in any circumstances except:

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that all information collected from you is accurate, up to date, complete and stored in a secure environment and accessed only by our authorised personnel.

However, we will endeavour to protect your personal information as best as possible but we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us, or receive from us. The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk.
